CCL All-Star Game Coming to Reno, Nevada on July 4
The California Collegiate League All-Star Game is heading to Greater Nevada Field on July 4, bringing together the league’s top collegiate talent for a premier summer baseball showcase in partnership with the Reno Aces.
This year’s All-Star Game will serve as a special America 250 edition, honoring the 250th anniversary of the signing of the Declaration of Independence. The event combines elite collegiate baseball with a full Independence Day celebration in one of the premier ballparks in the region.
The CCL is excited to collaborate with the Reno Aces to host the All-Star Game at Greater Nevada Field, providing players and fans alike the opportunity to experience the game on a professional stage. The partnership brings together next-level talent, a first-class venue, and a celebration of national pride.
“Hosting America 250 at Greater Nevada Field featuring the CCL All-Star Game on July 4 is a powerful combination of baseball, country, and community all coming together,” said Reno Aces President Eric Edelstein.
In addition to the All-Star Game, fans can enjoy pre-game festivities on the plaza leading up to first pitch, creating a full day of celebration. Following the game, Greater Nevada Field will light up with the largest fireworks show of the year, providing a spectacular Independence Day finale and one of the marquee postgame firework displays in the region.
“The Seagulls organization has had a long-standing connection to Reno, dating back to our earliest years in 2003 when we traveled there for nearly 20 consecutive years to compete against teams in the area,” said Seagulls owner Marc Caviglia. “After a brief hiatus at the collegiate level, it’s exciting to bring our footprint back to the Reno community — this time on an All-Star stage — while proudly representing the California Collegiate League.”
Tickets for the California Collegiate League All-Star Game will go on sale Friday, January 30.
